Amanda Little & Associates is a boutique Wills & Estates firm based in Western Sydney servicing, Penrith, Parramatta, Sydney, Blue Mountains, Oran Park, Hawkesbury, Macarthur, Orange and Greater West regions.

We are a dedicated team of Solicitors and Support Staff here to assist you with your legal issue, including preparing your Estate Plan ( Will, Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship), obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration for a deceased estate or contesting a will.

Amanda Little

Principal Solicitor 

Amanda is the Principal Solicitor of Amanda Little & Associates. She is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Collaborative Family Lawyer, Sessional Academic , Public Speaker and Author. She is recognised as a leading business person in Penrith being awarded 2019 Business Person of the Year for Penrith and 2019 Business Woman of the year for Lindsay.

Amanda has been working in Wills & Estates for over a decade and has extensive experience in all facets of Estate Planning and Administration of deceased Estates.

She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, member of the Australian Mediation Association and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is a founding Member and Chair of Penrith Lady Lawyers, the founder of Penrith Professional Women and Director of The Business Minded Lawyer and The Mediation Centre.

In addition to providing Penrith with excellence in legal advice Amanda also  produces academic articles and continuing legal training for other Solicitors. She is also regularly asked to speak at high profile events including Small Business Week and International Women’s day events.

Amanda has a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Communication, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (with Distinction) from Western Sydney University and Family Dispute Resolution (legislative Foundation Knowledge and Skills) qualifications from Bond University.

Amanda grew up and attended school in Western Sydney and is passionate about providing quality and professional legal services to her local area. She also has a community focus and is involved in many community events including the Relay for Life, Red Cross, supporting local sporting teams, supporting autism awareness and fostering the growth of female professionals.

Jacinta Watkins

Senior Associate

Jacinta was admitted to practice in 2006 as a Solicitor. Jacinta is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University.

Jacinta has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Estate Litigation. Having worked in commercial litigation prior to joining the Amanda Little & Associates team, her attention to detail and eye for forensic disclosure, case and litigation planning is unparalleled.

Jacinta is trained Collaborative Law professional and thus brings a considered approach to her cases.

Jacinta can provide you with advice concerning all aspects of Estate Planning and Contested Estates.

Rosemary Aloisio

Senior Associate – Mediator, FDRP

Rosemary was admitted as a lawyer in December 2007 and since that time has practised in Family Law and Contested Estates. Rosemary represents clients in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, the District Court of NSW, the Children’s Court of NSW and Supreme Courts.

Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Law, is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

She is a strong advocate, and will always work in your best interest. She is passionate about estate planning and helping her clients achieve tax effective estate plans.

She is caring solicitor, and can provide you with realistic advice to help you achieve the most favourable outcome.

Bernadette Melhem

Senior Associate – Accredited Specialist Family Law

Bernadette has over 15 years experience in Estate Planning, being admitted in 2005.

Bernadette is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Bernadette attended the University of Western Sydney to complete her Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Bernadette always focuses on her clients needs, and will lead you through your matter in a caring and considerate way. Whilst she focuses on resolution of matters through mediation and negotiation, should a matter need to go to Court she is experienced in appearing in the Supreme Court. She is a strong advocate and she will make you confident that your matter is in the right hands.

Nicole Tabone

Senior Solicitor

Nicole joined Amanda Little & Associates in September 2020 having been admitted to practice in 2012. Nicole is a member of the Law Society and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Nicole completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney. Nicole also has a Bachelor of Social Science (Politics and Public Policy) and is currently studying her Masters of Applied Law with the College of Law.

Since admission Nicole has worked primarily in the areas of Family Law, Estate Litigation, and Conveyancing. Nicole has experience in advocacy having appeared in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW and various Local Courts.

Nicole has an easy going nature and establishes genuine connections with her clients. She thoroughly enjoys learning about people and understanding their legal problems. Nicole has a passion for problem solving and finding solutions that fit the needs of clients

Joshua Mestroni

Senior Lawyer

Joshua has recently joined Amanda Little & Associates. He was admitted into practice in 2011. He has previously graduated with honours from the University of Technology Sydney and obtained a Masters in Applied Family Law with the College of Law of Australia in 2020.

Joshua has specialised in family law since his admission. He has worked as legal associate to Justice Austin and Justice Cleary in the Family Court of Australia in Newcastle. Since commencing work as a solicitor he has regularly appeared before Judges of the Local Court, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court. He has worked for several years as a duty solicitor at the courts and has a lot of experience dealing with urgent matters involving concerns about the unauthorised removal of children.

Joshua has a strong background in assisting more vulnerable clients. He has an easy and compassionate manner with his clients. His approach is always to resolve his client’s concerns as quickly and as cost effectively as possible, recognising the harm that protracted court proceedings can do to the entire family. However, when required he is strong advocate for his client’s best interests.

He has also developed a highly specialised knowledge of Child Support having worked several years as part of a Child Support specialist team, so can assist with any of your child support related concerns.

Aimee Green

Senior Paralegal

Aimee is a Paralegal who brings a wealth of knowledge to Amanda Little & Associates.

She has over 18 years’ experience predominantly in Estate Planning and Family Law

Aimee has worked closely with Counsel over the past 10 years, and has excellent rapport with Counsel and the Courts.

Aimee is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws.

She is well loved and respected by all of our clients who regularly praise her work ethic and attention to detail.

Aimee will be able to assist you with all inquiries in relation to your matter.

Lisa Davis

Senior Paralegal

Lisa has more than 25 years experience as a Paralegal. Lisa’s strong knowledge base and her no-nonsense approach means your matter is kept on course at all times! Lisa specialises in Deceased Estates.

Lisa is able to tackle any challenge that is thrown at her and will call on her extensive knowledge base to achieve the best results . She is reliable, punctual and delivers as promised.

Lisa directly supports Rosemary and Nicole and is the Deceased Estates Paralegal.

Lisa is also a Justice of the Peace.


Michelle Conoulty

Senior Paralegal

Michelle is a Paralegal with over 20 years’ experience predominantly in Family Law, Mediation and Estates but has also worked in other areas of law including criminal, care & protection and debt recovery.

Michelle is also a Justice of the Peace.

Michelle is kind and considerate. She works with her lawyers to ensure that her clients always feel heard and supported throughout the process of their legal matter. Michelle directly supports Jacinta.

She is always happy to be able to assist with enquiries relating to your matter and is an invaluable member of the Amanda Little & Associates team.

Yvonne McLandsborough


Yvonne is employed as a Paralegal for special projects.

Yvonne’s attention to detail and her experience of over 20 years as a Paralegal means that she is able to tackle any complex task.

Yvonne is utilised within the firm when a large project requires complete attention and focus – such as preparing for final hearings, for arbitration and preparing tender bundles etc

Alison Lopez

Alison is a Legal Secretary at Amanda Little & Associates.

Alison has 25 years’ experience in customer service and administration and her friendly disposition will make you feel at ease.

Alison enjoys her fast-paced role, and interacting with and meeting new people.

Alison is also a Justice of the Peace.

Rebecca is well known to our clients as our friendly receptionist.
